 Durian took centerstage August 17 in Tagum City with the opening of the month-long Durian Festival.
`The festival from August 17 to September 17, 2012 is highlighted by the Durian Trade Fair.
    The festival was opened by the city councilor De Carlo L. Uy and Chairperson of the Durian Festival 2012 and the City Tourism Council Alma L. Uy, at the Rotary Park, Pioneer Avenue.
