Damosa Fairlanes, a seven-hectare high-end housing development project of Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) in business district Lanang on JP Laurel Avenue in Davao City has started construction of Phase 2 of the P200-million project, said Alexander G. Gocotano, DLI project development head.
Gocotano said to be constructed are 30 units in April and 50 units in May.
Fairlanes has 237 completed units, but only 68 are up for sale with the other units already sold out said Gocotano.
