Metro Manila voted Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte in third place with 16% in a survey for presidential preference in the 2022 elections with Manila Mayor Moreno as the top pick with 23%, and former Senator Bogbong Marcos netting 22%.
On the whole however, 28% of respondents in the Pulse Asia survey in June voted for Sara Duterte for president, 14% for Moreno and 13% for Marcos.

Other potential presidential bets in the survey were:
- Sen. Grace Poe, 10%
- Sen. Manny Pacquiao, 8%
- Vice President Leni Robredo, 6%
- Sen. Panfilo “Ping” Lacson, 4%
- Sen. Bong Go, 3%
- Former Vice President Jejomar Binay, 2%
- Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano (Taguig), 2%
The survey also showed 18% voted for her father President Rodrigo Duterte for vice president.
Moreno also came in second in the vice-presidential poll with 14%. Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III tied for fourth with former Sen. Marcos coming with each getting 10% of respondents’ hypothetical votes.
President Duterte was also the top pick among Mindanao respondents for president with 35%, while Sara Duterte got 62%.
