A 15-storey Davao Finance Center (DFC) building, a state-of-the-art architectural wonder of steel and glass, will start construction early next year in Megaworld’s P15-billion Davao Park District (DPD) in Davao City.
“The DFC will be the “architectural symbol of Davao’s booming economy,” said Megaworld senior vice president Jericho P. Go, in a press briefing in Davao City.
The DFC, one of the centerpieces and the first structure to rise in Megaworld’s township project in Lanang, Davao City’s hottest emerging business district on J. P. Laurel Avenue, will be completed in one year.
DPD is Megaworld’s first in Mindanao and its tenth project in the country.
Go said the DFC “will be Davao City’s iconic landmark for business, trade, and commerce,” Go said. JOANNA C. BALANZA
